Dr. Jeff Josma is a highly accomplished anesthesiologist and pain specialist who joined Skin & Vitality Society over a year ago. A native New Yorker who grew up in Long Island, Dr. Josma first moved to West Texas in 2018. Dr. Josma attended the highly competitive Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at CUNY – The City College of New York. Dr. Josma completed his Graduate Medical Education in the United States at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. Matching into the Stony Brook University Hospital anesthesiology residency program, he completed a hybrid surgical internship at Stony Brook University Hospital and Northport VA Medical Center.
Through divine intervention, Dr. Daneshfar and Dr. Josma’s paths crossed, leading to a transformative partnership. In 2025, Dr. Josma became the proud owner of Skin & Vitality Society, taking the reins with a fresh vision for the future. With his deep passion for aesthetics and holistic wellness, he is now transitioning the brand to Skin & Vitality Society a new chapter focused on providing comprehensive care that integrates physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Dr. Josma is committed to delivering exceptional cosmetic results while fostering a space where every client can feel confident and rejuvenated. His vision includes advancing innovative treatments that not only enhance beauty but also promote inner vitality and mental clarity. Dr. Josma remains dedicated to supporting his patients, ensuring that they feel comfortable and informed every step of the way, before, during, and after their treatment.
Meet Kristina Sanchez, our IV Hydration Nurse at Skin & Vitality Society Center. With a Bachelor’s Degree from West Texas A&M University and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Amarillo College, Kristina has over 5 years of nursing experience. Deeply involved in the community, Kristina has contributed as a proud volunteer to Heal The City. Joining our team over 5 years ago, Kristina has been an invaluable support to our sister practices, Acute and Chronic Pain and Spine Center, and Texas Pain and Spine Center. Working closely with our founder, Dr. BJ Daneshfar, she has mastered various techniques in the operating room and now serves as our Director of Nursing.
Meet our Master Aesthetician and Laser Specialist, Danielle! With over 14 years of experience in aesthetics, Danielle is deeply passionate about helping others feel beautiful and confident. She brings a wealth of knowledge in aesthetic treatments and ensures that our clients receive comfortable, successful, and exceptional results.
Danielle has extensive training and is skilled in using cutting-edge technologies such as Sciton (HALO/BBL) and Inmode (Morpheus micro-needling with radio-frequency). She has been working with these technologies since 2014 and has trained with renowned practitioners in the industry.
Stephanie started working in the medical field in 2013 with our founder, Dr. Daneshfar, at our surgical facility, Acute and Chronic Pain and Spine Center, and our pain facility, Texas Pain & Spine Institute.
She gained experience in various departments, including patient coordination, insurance authorizations, billing, and ASC scheduling. Stephanie’s extensive knowledge in interventional pain management developed from working alongside experienced providers, including Dr. BJ Daneshfar and Alan Murphey, PA, and fostering an environment based on education and delivering patients from painful conditions.
Meet Jazmin, the first person you’ll meet at Daneshfar Aesthetics! She is a seasoned beauty industry professional with over a decade of experience as a Makeup Artist. Jazmin found her passion when she transitioned to the field of medical aesthetics over three years ago. During her time at Daneshfar Aesthetics, she has honed her marketing and content management skills, uncovering a natural talent for connecting with patients and bridging the gap between inner wellness and desired aesthetic outcomes.
Dr. BJ Daneshfar served as the Medical Director and CEO of ACPSC, TPSI, and Daneshfar Aesthetics until 2023. He graduated from Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, MO, with degrees in Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and Physics Sciences, where he graduated with honors. His studies also included Electronics, Biophysics, Transistor Transistor Logics (TTL), and auto mechanics. He then attended the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, Missouri, graduating with distinctive honors. Dr. Daneshfar continued with residency training in anesthesiology at the University of Missouri Medical Center and the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Columbia, Missouri. In 1986, he joined the U.S. Air Force Medical Corps and directed departments at the pain clinic at Wilford Hall U.S. Air Force Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, and also served as a Medical Director of the Dannemiller Pain Clinic.
